About Us
Here at The Community Christmas Club of the Halifax Area, Inc., we are driven to do our part in making the world a better place. Since 1931, The Community Christmas Club has been providing food to those in need in Volusia County through a unique combination and collaboration of individuals, municipalities, and businesses. Our volunteers raise the funds, purchase the food, pack and deliver the boxes directly to families who need a helping hand around the holidays.

Volunteering
The work of The Community Christmas Club of the Halifax Area, Inc. is based on the premise that making a real difference is not only possible but vital! Our organization is run entirely by volunteers who do everything from raising the funds to purchasing the food to filling the boxes for needy families.
Having Fun
We are proud of keeping it simple and putting together loving, caring people who are concerned about the needs of our local community. Our box packing event brings people together reaching out to help others and having while they work. You only need to spend a few hours on a Saturday to feel that ‘holiday’ glow.
Fund Raising
We pride ourselves in knowing that every dollar raised goes towards filling the boxes with nutritious food and getting them out to meet the needs of our local community. Our officers and board members work tirelessly talking to community leaders, business owners and caring people to help raise the funds needed to make a difference.
